7. Cancellations and Refunds
Vendor cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate vendor agreement or event policy:
- Vendor registration fees are non-refundable once a space has been reserved
- Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once promotional work has begun
- Guest ticket purchases may be non-refundable
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows
If the event is postponed, vendor registrations and ticket purchases may be transferred to the rescheduled date when possible.
If the event is canceled entirely, refund or credit options will be determined by the event organizers based on the circumstances.
8. Event Changes
Event details may change as needed, including but not limited to:
- Date
- Time
- Venue
- Floor plan
- Booth layout
- Vendor placement
- Schedule
- Featured activities
- Guest speakers
- Promotional opportunities
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate important changes to registered vendors, sponsors, and guests.
Vendor booth placement is determined by event organizers and may be adjusted as needed.
9. Vendor Conduct
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally before, during, and after the event.
Vendors agree to:
- Arrive and set up during the designated setup time
- Maintain a professional and welcoming booth
- Follow venue and event rules
- Treat guests, other vendors, staff, and organizers respectfully
- Keep their booth area clean and safe
- Remove all materials at the end of the event
The event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor who violates event rules, creates safety concerns, or acts in a way that negatively affects the event experience.
10. Attendee Conduct
Guests and attendees are expected to behave respectfully while attending the event.
We reserve the right to remove any person from the event for disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
No refund will be issued if a guest or vendor is removed due to misconduct.
11. Photography and Media Release
By attending or participating in the I Do Bangor Wedding Show, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event.
These photos and videos may be used for:
- Website content
- Social media posts
- Email marketing
- Event promotion
- Advertising
- Printed materials
- Future wedding show promotions
If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff when you arrive. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your request, but we cannot guarantee exclusion from all crowd or background images.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, layouts, written materials, logos, and promotional assets created for the I Do Bangor Wedding Show are the property of the event organizers unless otherwise noted.
Vendor logos, trademarks, and submitted materials remain the property of their respective owners.
